    UN Women’s experience in eliminating violence against women in Moldova was included as a case study at the renowned University of Oxford, United Kingdom. 37 participants from the Consulting and Coaching for Change (CCC) Executive Masters program learned about the situation in Moldova, engaged in a role play to better understand the subject, and came up with their own ideas on how to tackle domestic violence in Moldova.

    Young people from Rusestii Noi organized a snow-clearing event and shoveled the snow in 20 households of older and lonely persons. The local campaign „LA URAT PE CURAT” (CAROLING IN A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT) provides an opportunity to encourage native persons who migrated to donate for the purchase of a tractor for garbage disposal, snow clearing and road maintenance in their village.

These are the main results of the activities of the Women's Political Club 50/50 from Moldova, which were established in five districts - Briceni, Cahul, Cimislia, Straseni, Telenesti.
