Two girls. Same age. Different opportunities.

Ana-Maria and Iuliana* are two adolescents who live in two different villages of Moldova. They are of the same age – 17 years old each, but the life of one is very different from the life of the other. Ana-Maria is a youth activist dreaming to pursue education; Iuliana is at home bringing up her one-year-old child, often abused by her partner.

Young people, especially the first voters, have become informed voters

More than 30,000 young people participated directly in the information and simulation activities of the electoral processes, organized by 7 non-governmental organizations during 2018. In Chisinau capital city, volunteers from the National Youth Center from Moldova were the ones who distributed information materials and discussed face to face with young people, covering also universities.
